Herbal Consultations

In my herbal consultations I never focus on a single complaint or a standard solution. Everyone is different. Every body is unique. And every plant resonates in its own way with a person. That is why I work personally and attuned.

During a consultation I create tailor-made herbal remedies: tinctures, oils, flower remedies and other plant extracts, aligned with your body, your energy and your process. What is healing for one person may not suit another. Together we explore what is right for you.

I work from a combination of intuition, knowledge and experience. Often during a consultation or healing I receive a clear impression of the plants that wish to support. As if there is a quiet guidance present that lets me feel: this is what is needed now.

That intuitive information I combine with my knowledge of:

• TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Germanic Medicine
• Psychosomatics

This creates a complete picture: not only what is happening, but also why and in which phase you are. The herbal remedies work not only physically, but also on deeper layers such as patterns, themes and emotional processes.

Bonuviki Healing

Bonuviki Healing is a gentle, body-oriented method developed by Sophia de Mooij and can be applied to humans and animals. This therapy invites you to deeply ground, release tension and reconnect with your inner calm.

During a treatment I bring your body, mind and aura into balance, with special attention to painful areas. Treatments take place above the body, in the aura, while clothing remains on.

Energy blockages often first arise in the aura and may later become stuck in the body. Painful areas are treated with various crystals and symbols.

During a treatment sensations may occur such as temperature changes, tingling, pressure, emotions or temporary intensification of pain. This is normal.

Bonuviki Healing does not diagnose or cure diseases. It does not replace regular medical care, but can be used as supportive therapy.

Sound Healing

During a Sound Healing session I use instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice, flutes, chimes and tuning forks to create balance, calm and clarity in your system.

The sound waves help regulate the nervous system, balance the chakras and open deep relaxation.

During the session your brain is stimulated to enter delta and theta waves:

• Delta (0.5–4 Hz): deep rest and physical recovery
• Theta (4–8 Hz): relaxation, creativity and emotional processing

Garden Consultation

Many gardens hold a treasure of herbs that we usually consider weeds, but which have been used in traditional botanical traditions for centuries.

During a garden consultation I come to your home to see what is growing and blooming. Together we map out which plants are present and how they may traditionally be used for tea, tinctures or herbal oils.

Optionally, we create a first simple herbal preparation together on location.
