Return & Refund Policy – Mare Nature Alchemy
At Mare Nature Alchemy, we do our utmost to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return policy applies.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and undamaged
Be returned in the original packaging, if possible
Exceptions (Important)
For hygienic and health reasons, the following products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened:
Oils
Tinctures
Tea
Personal care products
Other products that come into direct contact with the body
This exception complies with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

30-Day Return Policy
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with labels attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
As stated above, items must be returned unused, unworn, with labels attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days via the original payment method.
