Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, provided the product is in stock.
As some of our products are partially handmade, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

Available shipping options and corresponding costs are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly shown in the checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are indicative. Mare Nature Alchemy is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. Mare Nature Alchemy is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
