Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Mare Nature Alchemy webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Offer and Products
Mare Nature Alchemy sells handmade and natural products, including herbs, tinctures, oils, teas, and flower remedies.
All products are carefully composed and described. Despite this care, it is possible that product information is incomplete or inaccurate. No rights can be derived from such inaccuracies.
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If in doubt, always consult a physician or medical specialist.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Mare Nature Alchemy reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
Article 5 – Orders and Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer receives an order confirmation by email. Mare Nature Alchemy reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Article 7 – Delivery and Shipping
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary. Mare Nature Alchemy is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt, without stating any reason.
Exceptions
Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygienic or health reasons cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. This includes, but is not limited to, opened oils, tinctures, and personal care products.
Article 9 – Returns
Returned products must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 10 – Liability
Mare Nature Alchemy is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability is always limited to the amount of the relevant order.
The effects of natural products may vary from person to person. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via info@marenaturealchemy.nl. Mare Nature Alchemy aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Article 13 – Amendments
Mare Nature Alchemy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
