The Banana Tree weaves a soft, grounding energy around the sacral chakra and the root base. Its rhizome and young shoots carry the power of deep anchoring and resilience. How to use
- Scented oil: apply a small amount to wrists, neck or heart area
- Facial oil: use 1–2 drops daily on face and neck
- Cream: apply daily to face and neck
- Body oil: gently massage into the skin
- Hair oil: a few drops on dry hair
- Aura spray: spray in aura, on neck, wrists or clothing
- Essential oil: a few drops in a diffuser
- Tea: steep for 5–7 minutes in water at ±80°C
