Propolis Tincture 20% is an alcoholic extract of high-quality, raw propolis . Propolis is a natural substance that bees produce from tree and plant resins, which they use to protect the hive. A unique natural product with a long tradition.
The tincture comes in a dropper or pipette bottle, making dosing easy. Many people use it as part of their daily routine or incorporate it into homemade skincare products like oils or creams.

What is propolis?
Propolis is a resinous substance composed of plant resins, beeswax, essential oils, and small amounts of pollen, vitamins, and minerals. Alcohol extraction creates a preservative-free, easy-to-use tincture. It can be used both internally and externally.
Usage
Shake before use. There is no set dosage, but the following guidelines are often used:

External use

How to use
- Scented oil: apply a small amount to wrists, neck or heart area
- Facial oil: use 1–2 drops daily on face and neck
- Cream: apply daily to face and neck
- Body oil: gently massage into the skin
- Hair oil: a few drops on dry hair
- Aura spray: spray in aura, on neck, wrists or clothing
- Essential oil: a few drops in a diffuser
- Tea: steep for 5–7 minutes in water at ±80°C
