Usage:
Steam : 1–2 teaspoons of herbs in a bowl of hot water. Sit comfortably, cover yourself with a towel, and steam for 10–15 minutes. Breathe calmly. Visualize warmth and healing in your uterus and pelvic area.
Tea : 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water, steep for 5–10 minutes. Sip slowly and mindfully.

How to use
- Scented oil: apply a small amount to wrists, neck or heart area
- Facial oil: use 1–2 drops daily on face and neck
- Cream: apply daily to face and neck
- Body oil: gently massage into the skin
- Hair oil: a few drops on dry hair
- Aura spray: spray in aura, on neck, wrists or clothing
- Essential oil: a few drops in a diffuser
- Tea: steep for 5–7 minutes in water at ±80°C
